Pricing
Services provided by our registered Speech-Language Pathologists are covered by most private insurance plans, be sure to check your coverage!
Initial Assessment
$225 for 50 Minute Assessment
The initial assessment is completed by a registered Speech-Language Pathologist. The purpose of the assessment is to diagnose the type of communication difficulty and determine the treatment plan. After the assessment the client will receive a one page report detailing the type of difficulty and the treatment plan.
Therapy Sessions
$150 for 50 Minutes
$85 for 25 Minutes
Therapy sessions are provided by registered Speech-Language Pathologists. Sessions are sometimes also available with trained and supervised Speech-Language Assistants or students. Speech therapy includes evaluating your progress, working directly on your communication and finding ways to help you practice independently.
Reports
$65 per page
Reports are written when a client requests one be completed, at the beginning of a funding contract or at the end of a funding contract. Most reports are 2-4 pages in length. If a client is funded through a charity or government organization the cost of initial and progress reports will be covered by the relevant funder.
Making Payments
We are able to accept payment through a few different methods.
- e-Transfer; we accept payment by e-transfer to admin@hellospeechworks.ca, please include the client's name or invoice number so we can ensure the payment is associated with the correct account.
- Credit Card; we can collect credit card information over the phone or securely through our client management system.
- Cheque; a cheque can be mailed to Hello SpeechWorks, 104-11 Evergreen Pl., Winnipeg MB, R3L 2T9, please ensure you are including the clients name on the cheque.
